Max, waiter at the lobby restaurant was superb- great attentive service. We'll probably go back some day, but play around 4 am to avoid the crowds.
I did notice that there are many easy to get to bathrooms which is convenient.
I only found 1 smoking location, which was a pain because it was a long walk from the monsoon room. The place started to get very, very busy around 10 pm and since we were not winning any money at all, it was not worth fighting through the crowds. The monsoon room had some very fun slots, some I had never seen before and it was not crowded. I found a very cool bar in the Monsoon room in the back of the casino, which has excellent, friendly bartenders and drink specials. I was pretty put off by this as it can take a very long time at most casinos to get a drink. I asked a cocktail waitress where I could walk up to get a drink and she told me that it was not possible and that I had to wait to be served.
The casino was not that busy when we arrived around dinner time. I have been to the West Valley location in Glendale and thought it was amazing, so we were very excited to visit the one in Tucson.
